I paint the complicated experience of being in a woman’s body - it’s strength, vulnerability and awkwardness.

My paintings move between figure and abstraction. Bodies, stretch, curl, hide, protest, reflect and take up space. I am less interested in realism than in recognition - that moment when something feels emotionally true.

It matters to me that women recognise something of themselves here.
